We include lots of technical and background information, to give you the big picture.
Never before, have the most beautiful diving areas been made available in such detail. Even areas you know well, can turn up hidden treasures waiting to be explored.

Terrain view

The world above has been measured. We measure the world below the surface.

Through singlebeam, multibeam and side scanning sonars, we echo-sound the seafloor. GPS Systems make sure that the point clouds are perfectly positioned. High resolution satellite scans from some of the most capable satellites in the orbit complete our set of data. When even the most advanced technology cannot provide a 100% coverage, our dedicated divers fill-in the missing details.

This way you will always know where you are. See how the visibilities during the year change by setting the seasons; et information about the position of the sun and see where the shadows fall, by changing the daytime. Kreidesee South

Kreidesee South

The southern section of the lake is the farthest away from the dive base and therefore relatively quiet. Especially on busy days one can find better visibility conditions here than in the more crowded places in the rest of the lake.

Kreidesee North

Kreidesee North

The diving spot of the Nautilus Diving School with it's underwater platforms fits the needs of beginners and is ideal for training dives. Underwater several attractions are awaiting for us, along with other objects a car wreck, and an old motorcycle.

Kreidesee Middle

Kreidesee Middle

The middle section of the Kreidesee offers the most impressive industrial remains of the former mining with the large structure of the "Rüttler". Also the deepest object to discover is located in this part of the lake, the patrol boat "Mahusan", which lies in a depth of 49m and is restricted to tech-divers with the appropriate knowledge.

Kreidesee Rüttler

Kreidesee Rüttler

The middle section of the Kreidesee offers the most impressive industrial remains of the former mining with the large structure of the "Rüttler". For the advanced diver the dive through the inside of the Rüttler offers an amazing experience. We offer the Rüttler as a free preview in our Kreidesee App.
