What we offer

Ocean Maps uses a variety of methods to get a precise view under the water’s surface. Our tools include Side Scan Sonars, a depth plotter, a precision GPS and a diving robot that may be equipped with a claw arm if needed. Our robot is able to take high resolution images and videos of the ground and collect samples as deep as 300 meters underwater.
All tools are carefully selected, considering depth and other special project requirements. This way we are able to survey and visualise the hidden underwater world - without taking unneccassary risk, or leaving space for errors of human action or perception.

Measuring and surveying

We are working with the most up-to-date equipment and methods to get the best measurement results. Our equipment includes: a 300m depth rated ROV with manipulator, a towed camera systems, inspection cameras, a Side Scan Sonar 200 kHz, a Side Scan Sonar 340 kHz, a Side Scan Sonar 340/680 kHz Dual, a Round Scan Sonar 700 kHz, a depth logger, a depth logger with Bluetooth, a high precision GPS, a marine GPS, an aviation GPS, and even a Sub Bottom Profiler on request.
